While you can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve your current challenges. Therapy will help you unearth behavior patterns or negative perceptions that hold you back. You will learn to achieve balance, heal past wounds, enrich relationships, identify maladaptive patterns, and improve interpersonal skills. This journey of self-exploration will lead to a more fulfilling life, one in which you can overcome hurts that prevent you from living life to the fullest.

I am an empathetic, authentic, and non-judgmental therapist that believes therapy is a collaborative process in which we establish mutually agreed-upon goals. I work hard to establish a safe, honest, and trustworthy environment and value each individual's journey and experiences. You will find me to be very open and upfront, yet, I am easy to talk to and dedicated to your well-being.

A standard therapy session is 50 minutes.  If you would prefer an extended session, 90 minute sessions are also available. As part of our work together, we will decide how long and how often to meet.  Duration and frequency may vary depending on the nature of your problem and individual needs.

  • 50 minute session: $130
  • 90 minute session: $190

Currently, I am in-network for:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which allows you to pay me directly for services and then be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider.  I am happy to provide you with receipts that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
