A standard therapy session is 50 minutes. As part of our work together, we will decide how long and how often to meet. Duration and frequency may vary depending on the nature of your problem and individual needs.

insurance
I am no longer in-network with any insurance company and am considered an ‘out-of-network’ provider.
If you wish to use insurance, I can provide a receipt (called a “super bill”) for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have “Out-of-Network Benefits” for outpatient mental health services. I will be glad to file claims on your behalf as a courtesy to you. In this case, your insurance company will reimburse you for the amount they're responsible for. Note that some insurers do not allow us to file claims for patients, however. In this case, we will provide you with the paperwork you'll need to file claims.

Do I have to meet a deductible before I can be reimbursed? If so what is that amount?
What is the rate of reimbursement (% of the fee that will be covered)?
How long will it take for me to receive my reimbursement after I submit my receipt?

Do my benefits cover online counseling?
